This website is run by X-Press Couriers Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 05773750. Our registered office is 61 Grosvenor Gardens, Newton-le-Willows, WA12 8LY. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
- Quote and contact forms: your name, company, phone number, email address, collection and delivery details, and anything you write in the message.
- Work with us form: your name, contact details, town, the type of work you are interested in, driving licence categories and experience.
- Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails: the details you give us when you contact us.
- Website statistics: anonymous, combined information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. This does not identify you and uses no cookies.

Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and our business. They process information only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and anonymous website statistics
- Web3Forms: delivering form submissions to our email
- hCaptcha: protecting our forms from spam
- Microsoft: our business email
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountants and insurers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 6 months
- Customer and job records: for as long as needed for our legal and accounting obligations, normally 6 years after the end of the financial year
- Work with us registrations: up to 12 months
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it. To make a request, email Info@x-presscouriers.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
